Every effort has been made to show our products as they are, but there may be slight variations. All artwork is hand drawn and handmade pieces are individually created. At Lily & Mae we love inconsistencies and uniqueness, it makes the world a better place. 


Lily & Mae reserve the right to modify / change the website at any given time. Prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT but exclusive of delivery costs.


ORDERING


We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but as our products are not mass-produced we do sometimes run out. Out of stock items usually take around 2-4 weeks to be restocked.


Handmade items take up to 3 days to complete and may take up to 5 days during busy periods. If you are in a hurry for an item please contact us first before ordering and we shall do our best to accommodate you.


Credit/Debit Card orders are processed securely by Stripe. Lily & Mae does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.


If you wish to cancel an order placed with us, please contact nina@lilyandmae.co.uk immediately. Any personalised order cannot be cancelled after entering production. We are only be able to cancel your order if you contact us before the items have been shipped.  


DELIVERY


All of our products are carefully and thoughtfully wrapped so that not only will your parcel arrive safely, it looks lovely too. We try to keep our delivery cost to a minimum and charge each item depending on weight and size. Multiple items will be added together for the lowest rate possible.


Once your item has been dispatched please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class service. If you require Express Delivery please contact me before you place your order and I can supply a quote.


Currently Lily & Mae does not offer International Shipping.


RETURNS


As we are an online store we realise that the 'try before you buy' element is missing. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with it please contact us immediately and you must return the item within 14 days of receipt. The full purchase price will be refunded, we do not refund shipping costs.


Please ensure that you package the items carefully in their original packaging, including your order number and contact details. We advise using one of Royal Mail's tracking services. We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods and a refund will only be given on receipt of goods in resaleable condition.


If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs detailing the damage. We will then offer you a refund or replacement. Please keep the item until we advise otherwise.

We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. Accordingly, we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. Any personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored and not shared with any third party.
